Will I receive the same product that I see in the pictures?

We do our best to display accurate photos and descriptions of all products, including sizes and technical specifications. All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar and include sales tax.
However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, and small differences in details may occur. If there is any major mismatch or manufacturing defect, you can contact us to review your case according to our return and warranty policy.

How can I return an item?

You can request a return only in case a defect appears in the product or there is a problem in manufacturing. To accept a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Items purchased at heavily discounted prices cannot be returned.
Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty (up to one year against manufacturing defects), and misuse or incorrect installation is not covered.

Where can I ship my order? / Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all cities in Jordan through our delivery partners. Shipping fees depend on the destination and the size/weight of the order and will be clearly communicated before confirming your purchase.
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on your location. For orders above 200 JOD, free delivery may be available according to our current shipping policy.

How can I pay for my order?

All prices on the website are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include sales tax. Payment must be completed in full before shipping the order, using one of the available payment methods on the website (such as online payment or cash-on-delivery if available).
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price of any confirmed order will not change after it has been successfully placed and paid.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Your payment is processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We only keep the information needed to confirm your order and communicate with you (such as name, phone number, email, and shipping address). Payment details are handled securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

What data do you collect and how do you use it?

We collect:

  • Personal data: full name, email address, phone number.

  • Shipping and billing data: shipping address and payment confirmation details (card data is not stored directly by us).

  • Browsing data: cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the website.
